Registration packages for 2004 have been sent to all registered referees in February 2004. The registration year has been changed to April 1st. Current registrations are valid until March 31, 2004.
The registrant number is above your name on the registration envelope - it may have up to 8 numbers, and may not begin in a "zero" as in previous years. Simply print the number near the space on the registration form.
