Play Soccer 2005 Coaching Conference

VAUGHAN, October 13, 2005 -- The Ontario Soccer Association will host the Play Soccer 2005 Soccer Coaching Conference on November 5 & 6 at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan located at 7601 Martin Grove Road, South of Hwy #7. There is no cost to attend, but your donation of a non-perishable food item for our food drive would be truly appreciated. For the lineup of presenters please click here. The Ontario Soccer Association Technical Coaching Department will present the following events sponsored in part by The Investors Group through the Coaching Association of Canada: Saturday, November 5th - Soccer 2005 Coaching Conference - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm The conference features: Guest Clinicians -- Ray Hall, Tony Farrell and Sean Lundon from Everton Football Club, UK; Special Guest -- Frank Yallop, National Team Coach, Canada; Investors Group Sport Award -- This prestigious award is presented to a deserving volunteer by the Investors Group. If registering by email, please include your name, club, and position (age division of players you coach) and phone number. Club Head Coaches can batch-register their coaches by email. Simply provide a list of coaches & their positions along with your club name and club phone number. Reminder: Your donation of non-perishable food item(s) or cash would be truly appreciated! All proceeds go to our local Food Bank. Registration: Registration table opens at 8:15 a.m. Sunday, November 6th - Club Head Coach Workshop - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm This workshop is for Club Head Coaches interested in future program initiatives. There is no cost to attend the workshop which features: Frank Yallop, National Team Coach, Canada, will address CHC's in an open forum; Ray Hall, Academy Director, Everton Football Club, UK, will address the CHC's. All Club Head Coaches, Club Presidents, Club Executives and / or Coaches who may be thinking about a future Club Head Coach position can register for this event via online registration at www.soccer.on.ca or email to Estelle Nicholls (enicholls@soccer.on.ca).
