SCHEDULE RULES:
  1. The games must be played in the same order as above.
  2. Two games may be played at the same time (eg. game #1 and #2), except in the 3-team round-robin.
  3. The game length will be in accordance with Rule 9.0.
  4. There will be no overtime games.
  5. Each team is required to pay 50% of the game fees to the referee.
