| 8.1 | a) | The District Association approving a tournament shall appoint, or delegate the appointment of, a discipline committee to act at the tournament. |
| b) | For a tournament hosted by a Senior Level 1 League, Senior Level 2 League, Senior Level 3 League, Senior Level 4 League, (if governed by the OSA) Senior Level 5 League, Youth Level 1 League, Youth Level 2 League, Youth Level 3 League, Youth Level 4 League, and (if governed by the OSA) Youth Level 5 League, The OSA shall appoint, or delegate the appointment of, a discipline committee to act at the tournament. |
